Normally CTMail® when it has been integrated as a voicemail, it must notify the messages left in the mailbox to the users' email, if said notification does not work even when it has been configured CTMail® to perform This operation must be tested using the telnet communication protocol.
The notification is not made in most cases because the mail server has blocked port 25, 465 or 587 telnet smtp, or because there may be filters that block or send emails to places other than the inbox. To find the step-by-step instructions, download the CTMail FAQ.
