CTMail® passed the Avaya Devconnect test

CTMail Avaya DevConnect

At Calltech SA, we are proud and want to share with you the achievement of the compatibility certification of our automatic attendant system, voicemail, audio text, fax server, CTMail® audio response system with the Avaya Aura platform.

It is a great pleasure to present you our compliance certification of Avaya DevConnect Compliance Testing with Avaya Aura® Communication Manager r6.3 from Avaya Inc., Avaya Aura® System Manager r6.3 and Avaya Aura® Session Manager r6.3.

Calltech SA's CTMail r5.2 solution has completed testing by Avaya's DevConnect technical team and is officially recognized as supported on May 28, 2015.

The overall objective of this interoperability compatibility test was to verify that CTMail® can interoperate with Avaya Aura® Communication Manager R6.3 and Avaya Aura® Session Manager R6.3. The CTMail® system connects to Avaya Aura® Communication Manager through Avaya Aura® Session Manager.

Description

The CTMail® system is integrated with digital, analog and IP telephone systems, as well as with most mail servers on the market.

The general testing approach was to manually place PSTN calls to CTMail users or direct calls to CTMail and check the welcome prompt for each feature (CTMail Auto Attendant, CTMail Voicemail, and CTMail IVR system). During compliance testing, an analog port on Communication Manager was connected to an external fax machine to send/receive fax to/from CTMail.

Interoperability compatibility testing included feature and serviceability testing. The focus of compliance testing was primarily on verifying CTMail interoperability in an Avaya telephony environment including Communication Manager, Session Manager, and various endpoints.

All test cases executed passed successfully. CTMail successfully interoperated in an Avaya telephony environment.
