CALLTECH SA DELIVERS TECHNOLOGICAL DONATION TO THE CARDIOVASCULAR FOUNDATION OF COLOMBIA

The contribution seeks to facilitate internal communication among members currently working in health establishments and external communication to the institution's clients.

Helping those who help us is a privilege, which is why we are very pleased to contribute with our technological solutions to facilitate internal and external communications of the Cardiovascular Foundation of Colombia, improving the connection of its infrastructure, its administrative processes and its customer service.
This contribution seeks to honor the FCV and help a little in the current health situation that the country is going through due to the COVID-19 contingency.

The contribution corresponds to a technological donation of communication equipment, to be distributed among the network of one of the most important medical complexes in Colombia and Latin America.

In this context, the Foundation received more than 100 devices to be distributed in the internal communications and customer service network.

Vladimir Salamanca, director of Technological Infrastructure at FCV, highlighted that these elements allow for strengthening communication between members, patients and family members who are in the medical complex.

“I would like to thank Calltech SA for its contribution to the Foundation, as this allows for improved telephone communications, benefiting both employees and patients and their families. I would also like to highlight the efforts of this company in improving the Foundation's equipment, as thanks to the hardware update it allows us to be at the forefront of technological infrastructure, helping us to improve the quality of our services. In the current situation facing the health system, this small contribution turns out to be a great contribution.”

The purpose is to maintain and protect communication between the members of the Foundation and thus guarantee optimization of its administrative processes and improve customer service.
