Problem saving records in local database

- Check write permissions on the DaliCliente.mdb file
located in the DaliCliente installation directory - Verify that there are not two open instances of DaliConnect
- Ensure that the processed records are not duplicated.
Disconnecting the DaliConnect Application
The user sees a red button in front of the IP or FTP connection in the DaliConnect window.
Check the physical and network connection between the Server where DaliConnect is installed and the Telephone Exchange.
