History Section
Why can't I view the history?
Make sure you have the history option set to the number of records you want to display. If the problem is not resolved, please contact the support team.
Configuration Module
How can I check the status of media devices?
The user must go to the configuration section and click on devices. There, the devices that are being used for audio and video input and output are displayed.
How can I change the dialing type to one click?
The user must go to the settings section, click on dialing and change the dialing type.
How can I change the total number of calls to display in the history?
The user must go to the configuration section, click on history and select the number of calls they wish to view.
How can I log in to the tool and what types of login are available?
The user must go to the configuration section and click on register. To log in with an email address, the user must enter his/her email address and password. If the user wishes to log in with a Google account, the user must click on the corresponding button.
How can I change the language? How many languages are available?
The user must go to the settings section, click on language and select from the list. At the moment there are only 2 languages available, English and Spanish.
How can I check the current version of the tool?
The user must go to the configuration section and click on about to see the current version of the tool.
How can I verify my provisioning URL?
The user must go to the configuration section, click on registration and will be able to view their URL.
Why is my user not available for Google login?
The user must log in to the browser to appear available in the tool.
Contacts Section
Why can't I view my Google contacts from the tool?
The user must give permissions when entering the tool so that it can observe
available contacts. This permission will appear when you enter the system. If the user
you gave permission but still can't view the contacts, you should check that you have
contacts created and associated in your Google Contacts account.

Marking Section
Why am I not getting calls?
Make sure you are on an available line, make sure you are entering a valid number, and check that your device settings are correct. If you still cannot dial or go through when you click on the call option, please contact the support team.
Why is my call feature disabled?
This is a feature set by the system administrator. Please contact the administrator.
Why can't I enable the physical phone call option?
This is a feature set by the system administrator. Please contact the administrator.
Why is the conference option not enabled?
This is a feature set by the system administrator. Please contact the administrator.
